The Standard Behind
Every Technician
Before any cleaner enters your home, they've passed an eight-stage vetting process built around trust, judgment, and verified character.
Every applicant begins with a comprehensive application covering cleaning experience, employment history, references, and availability. We're looking for the fundamentals — honesty, reliability, and relevant experience — before investing further time in a candidate.
Applicants complete a situational quiz presenting real-world scenarios they may encounter inside a client's home. There are no right or wrong answers — what we're evaluating is how they think. Every question requires them to walk through their reasoning, giving us a clear window into their judgment, discretion, and client-service instincts.
Applicants complete a detailed background disclosure form, which triggers two simultaneous reviews run in parallel. Both must clear before moving forward.
Candidates who pass all three initial screens are invited to complete our White Fox Cleaning Academy — our in-house training system covering our cleaning standards, protocols, product usage, and the client experience we've built our reputation on. Completion is required before any interview is scheduled.
Qualified candidates enter our manager pipeline, where our team manages outreach, scheduling, and conducts a two-stage interview process before any hiring decision is made.
Before any candidate is cleared to enter a client's home, we conduct a full FCRA-compliant background check — the same standard used by professional service firms and financial institutions. This is the final legal clearance gate before any in-home work begins.
Cleared candidates complete a full test clean in a controlled, isolated environment with a manager present throughout. This is where we verify that their real-world cleaning ability, attention to detail, and working style match the White Fox standard before they ever step into a client's home.
Technicians who complete every stage of this process are officially welcomed to the White Fox team. They begin working under direct manager supervision, building toward the experience and performance level required to become a certified Lead Technician — our highest in-field standard.
