Everything.
Top to bottom.
The right way.

A deep clean isn't a longer version of a regular clean. It's a room-by-room reset designed to get your home to a standard it can actually sustain.

Why This Matters

You can't maintain what
isn't clean yet.

A lot of people call us and say they just want a regular cleaning. We get it — but there's a reason we always start with a deep clean first. Think about your toaster. Or the top of your refrigerator. Or your baseboards. These things accumulate over time, and a regular maintenance visit isn't designed to address them. Once a deep clean gets everything to a true baseline, keeping it there is easy. Skipping that step and trying to maintain a home that hasn't been reset is like painting over a wall without priming it first. It never quite looks right.

💡
The simplest way to think about it
Everyone already knows this: it's easier to keep something clean once it's actually clean.

That's the whole idea. The deep clean gets your home to a true baseline. After that, keeping it there is straightforward — for our team and for you. Without that reset first, a maintenance visit is always fighting an uphill battle.

Working with a budget? We can adjust scope to fit. Some clients deep clean specific rooms first — kitchen, master bath, main living areas — and expand from there. We'd rather do fewer rooms right than rush through a whole house. We'll figure out what makes sense for you during your quote.

After the Deep Clean

This is where
maintenance begins.

Once your home is in maintenance mode, everything gets simpler. Our team comes back on a regular schedule and keeps it there. The work is lighter, the results are consistent, and you stop thinking about your home being clean — because it just is.

A deep clean without a follow-up plan is just a one-time reset. A deep clean followed by recurring service is a system. That's what we're building toward with every new client. See what recurring maintenance includes →

Step One
Deep Clean
Your home goes from wherever it is to a true clean baseline. Every room, every surface, all the detail areas.
Step Two
Recurring Maintenance
We come back weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and keep what's already clean, clean. Consistent. Effortless.
Specialty Cleans

For specific
situations.

Some cleans are built around a specific context. Here's how our specialty services differ from a standard deep clean.

📦
Move-In Clean
Everything a deep clean includes, plus the extras that matter when a home is in transition. We assume the home is empty, which means we can get into spaces that are usually occupied — every cabinet, every drawer, every appliance.
Includes everything in a deep clean, plus —
Inside all kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)
Inside all cabinets and drawers throughout the home
Full access to all rooms and areas (no furniture in the way)
Ideal for move-out as well — leaving a home ready for its next chapter
🔨
Post-Construction Clean
After a renovation or build, dust is everywhere — including places it has no business being. The story of a post-construction clean is dust control. We address it methodically so the finished space actually looks finished.
Everything in a deep clean, with added focus on —
Construction dust on all surfaces, including high areas
Vents, returns, and fixtures that collect fine particles
Window tracks, frames, and sills (dust collects heavily here)
Detail areas around new construction — trim, cabinetry, hardware
Already Well-Maintained?

Think you don't need
a deep clean?

We don't require a deep clean for the sake of it. If your home is genuinely in good shape, we'll tell you that. The honest way to find out is a quick conversation — and if it helps, we'll send a manager out to take a look in person.

You may not need one if —
You currently have a professional cleaner maintaining your home
You're highly disciplined about cleaning and your home shows it
Your home was recently deep cleaned by another service
You're switching from a cleaner who kept things in genuinely good shape
Here's how it works
Start with a call.
We'll take it from there.
Before we ever skip the deep clean, we need to see your home in person. Every client who wants to start with maintenance service goes through a manager walk-through first — that's how we make sure we're setting you up for the right service from day one.
1
Book a quick call to talk through your home and situation
2
We schedule a manager walk-through to see your home in person
3
We give you a straight answer — and a plan that actually fits your home
