These Terms of Service govern your use of whitefoxclean.com and your use of services provided by White Fox Cleaning Services LLC (“White Fox Cleaning,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Quotes, Estimates, and Booking Confirmation
Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, scope, or service requirements differ from what was originally described. Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by White Fox Cleaning Services LLC.
When required, deposits reserve a service slot but remain subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are applied toward the total service price.
Payments
Payment is due on the day of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may accept card, electronic payment, check, or cash depending on the service and booking method. Failed or declined payments may delay future service until resolved.
Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Lockouts
- More than 48 hours before service: no cancellation fee unless a special service agreement states otherwise.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before service: a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
- 24 hours or less before service: we may charge up to the full service amount.
- If our team cannot access the property and access is not provided within a reasonable arrival window, the visit may be treated as a lockout or late cancellation and may be billed accordingly.
Access, Safety, and Service Conditions
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, severe clutter, disconnected utilities, aggressive animals, unsanitary hazards, or other conditions that prevent safe performance of the work.
Pets should be secured when necessary for the safety of our team and the efficiency of the service. We may leave the property if a team member feels unsafe.
Satisfaction and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We do not generally offer refunds, but we will review the issue and, when appropriate, return to correct a service problem at no additional charge.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, or use the website for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.
SMS Messaging Terms
White Fox Cleaning Services LLC operates separate text messaging programs for customer care messages and marketing/promotional messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Customer care consent and marketing consent are separate and should be collected through the specific opt-in form, widget, or consent flow you use.
Program Names and Descriptions
- White Fox Cleaning Services LLC Customer Care Text Messaging Program: If you opt in to customer care texts, you may receive service-related text messages about requested or active services, including quote follow-up, phone call confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service updates, billing reminders, payment links, and account notifications.
- White Fox Cleaning Services LLC Marketing Text Messaging Program: If you separately opt in to marketing texts, you may receive marketing and promotional text messages, including special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, limited-time deals, and service announcements.
SMS Opt-Out, Help, Rates, and Privacy
- Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message from the program. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
- Rejoining instructions: To rejoin after opting out, sign up again through an available White Fox Cleaning opt-in method, and we will resume sending messages according to the consent you provide at that time.
- Help instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to help@whitefoxclean.com or (828) 449-8119.
- Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service activity, account activity, appointment activity, and marketing preferences. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Industry Standards and Legal Compliance
Our text messaging programs are intended to comply with applicable carrier requirements, CTIA guidance, The Campaign Registry expectations, and other applicable messaging standards. You agree to use our messaging programs only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, abusive, or unauthorized requests. Additional compliance requirements may apply depending on the messaging program, campaign type, or applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
